morning

i woke up today at 6:00 A.M. that should not be legal on the weekends, but it happened. ya know the feeling when you are the first on up. i felt that cool feeling. i had just gotten a new book at the library. i wondered if i should go downstairs and get it. i did't want to wake anybody up. i was yearning to read. So i crept into the hall in the darkness. the sun hadn't risen yet. nobody was up yet, but i still crept on. now i need to tell you another story to continue this one. Milo has not been sleeping in his crate lately but mom doesn't like him on her bed at night so Milo is getting back in the habit of sleeping in his crate. he still whines at night. mom puts a blanket over his crate and that makes him quiet. anyway back to the story. i saw the blanket over the the crate and i relaxed. i mean what he started barking and woke everybody up. nobody would be in a good mood. you see Milo will start barking if you surprise him. no matter who you are he will bark. i tip-toed down the stairs and kept completely quiet. i did not want mom to get up. i sort of tip-toed ran in to the kitchen, grabbed the book, and ran lightly up the stairs into the hall and back in the safety of my room. this book was called One White Dolphin. i read and read and read until i looked out my window. the sky was becoming pink. i stayed looking at the sky watching the sun rise.  man i love the feeling the beautiful sun rise.

  2. Wow! Since when did you begin to be such a wonderful little writer? You seem to be able to "paint" a picture with your words. Seriously.....you need to consider writing children's books or something!
