Number the Stars

I just finished a book about a girl who's best friend is a Jew during WWII. she had to be brave, persevere, and keep looking for hope. It taught me these things. We think  we have it hard, but living during WWII must have been horrible in Denmark. i am determined to be more brave, hopeful, and to persevere.

    Sounds like a wonderful book to read. I'll tell Lolo about it; he loves reading about WWII. Good for you to get such meaningful thoughts from the book.

    WWII was definitely a very hard time. But goodj ob finding some things you can learn from other's hard experiences. Think how much better the world would be if we could all do that all the time?!
